摘要
采用积分的方法 ,算出了两光纤位移传感器的耦合效率 ,导出了光纤位移传感器耦合效率的解析表达式 ,并与常规理论计算的结果进行了比较。
By means of integration,the coupling efficiency of double optical fibre displacement sensor is calculated, and analytical expression for the coupling efficiency of optical fibre displacement sensor is also deduced .In addition,the results are compared with those obtained by conventional theoretical calculation.
