摘要
应用ＣｏｕｌｔｅｒＪＴ－ＩＲ型细胞分析仪对４０例红斑狼疮患者（ＳＬＥ）的红细胞相关参数进行分析。结果显示：与对照组比较ＳＬＥ患者均存在不同程度的变化。稳定期与活动期比较红细胞计数（ＲＢＣ）、血红蛋白（ＨＧＢ）、平均红细胞体积（ＭＣＶ）、红细胞比积（ＨＣＴ）、红细胞体积分布宽度（ＲＤＷ）之间存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时对患者组红细胞免疫功能进行检测，实验结果表明，ＳＬＥ患者红细胞免疫功能低下。并对ＳＬＥ患者红细胞免疫功能指标与ＭＣＶ、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度（ＭＣＨＣ）、平均红细胞血红蛋白（ＭＣＨ）、ＲＤＷ做相关性分析，探讨了红细胞形态学及其免疫功能改变的机理，并就其临床价值予以阐述。
We detected RBC parameters in 40 patients with lupus erythematosus and 20 normal control (using Coulter JT IR cellular analyzer). The results showed RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCHC、RDW in the patients were significally higher than that in controls ( P <0.01) and there was obvious difference in the parameters (RBC、HGB、MCT.MCV.RDW) between stationary stage and active stage. We also studied the correlation of MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW and RBC immune function in the patients and discussed its clinical significance and application.
