摘要
为了分析弹丸着靶速度与PELE横向效应之间的关系,在弹靶系统一定的条件下,就不同弹丸着速对PELE横向效应的影响进行了试验.试验结果表明,着速与破片的数量和覆盖面积有很大关系.在400~900m/s范围内,随弹丸着速的提高,PELE在穿透靶板后,破片数量增多,覆盖面积增大,横向效应增强.结合试验,对PELE弹侵彻靶板进行了数值仿真,仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好.在进一步分析时发现,着速增至900m/s左右时,破片横向速度降低,着速增至1100m/s左右时跌至最低,而后又逐渐回升.
In order to study the relation between the impact velocity and PELE effect, an experiment of PELE projectiles impacting steel plate in different velocities is carried out, with a same projectile and target. The experimental results show that the impact velocity is closely related with the number and area of the debris. With impact velocity between 400-900 m/s, after PELE perforates the target, the amount of the debris and the covering area increase and the lateral effect is intensified. Three dimensional numerical simulation of PELE impacting target is carried out with different impact velocities. It is shown that the experimental results are in good agreement with those of the numerical simulation. However, in our research, a phenomenon is found that the lateral velocity of the debris drops in the speed of about 900 m/s and falls to a minimum when the impact velocity rises to near 1100 m/s, and goes up gradually afterward.
