摘要
对苍术挥发油活性部分进行筛选,以评价苍术挥发油对机体免疫的调控机制。通过建立小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖模型和热应激模型,采用MTT法对热应激中脾脏淋巴细胞增殖情况进行测定。苍术不同提取物中以苍术挥发油对脾脏淋巴细胞增殖效果最佳,对高温下小鼠体外脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的最佳浓度为200μg/mL。苍术挥发油对热应激后小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞具有较强的上调作用,通过体外脾脏淋巴细胞热应激模型,对高通量、快速筛选中药有效部分和药效学评价进行新的探索。
The active extracts from Rhizoma Atractulodis and probe effect of Atractylis oil on the immune system in mouse under heat stress were investigted. The mode of splenic lymphocytes under heat stress was established in vitro by the method of MTT assay. The results showed that Atractylis oil stimulated splenic lymphocyte proliferation more significant than other extracts of Rhizoma Atractulodis. The induced concentration of Atractylis oil on splenic lymphocytes of mouse in vitro under heat stress was 200 μg/mL. Atractylis oil had significant effect on stimulating lymphocytes to proliferate.
