摘要
将β-半乳糖苷酶、HBsAg以及恶性疟原虫两种重组复合抗原HBsAg/45肽与β-半乳糖苷酶/45肽分别免疫小鼠。然后测定免疫小鼠脾细胞在ConA和恶性疟原虫红内期全虫抗原诱导下产生IL-2的水平。结果表明,HBsAg/45肽免疫组IL-2水平明显高于β-半乳糖苷酶/45肽免疫组。结果提示,HBsAg颗粒有可能成为疟疾疫苗良好的蛋白载体。
Four groups of mice were immunized respectively with hepatitis B surface virus antigen(HBsAg),β-galactosidase and two sorts of hybrid polyvalent antigens of P.falciparum, i.e.HBsAg/45-mer and β-galactosidase/45-mer. Then the IL-2 produced by mice spleen cells upon the stimulation of ConA or the whole antigens of P. falciparum developed in red cells were examined .The results showed that the level of IL-2 in the HBsAg/45-mer immune group was much higher than in the β -galactosidase/45-mer immune group. It is possible that HBsAg particle be a good carrier for malaria vaccine.
