摘要
为提高压磁式应力传感器的测量精度,扩大其应用范围,设计了一种三磁极L形附加式压磁应力传感器。论述了该传感器的结构与工作原理,对如何建立所测应力与传感器输出信号间的数学模型进行了分析和研究,通过双向应力和纯剪切应力状态下的实测试验,论证了该传感器的可行性。实测结果也表明,这种传感器不仅结构简单,测量应力方便快捷,而且具有较高的测试精度和灵敏度,能够满足一般工程应用要求。
In order to improve the measuring precision of the magnetoelastic stress sensor and extend its scope of applieation,a kind of the L-shaped magnetoelastie stress sensor with three magnetic pole and attached ween structure was designed, and its operational principles, the structure and how to build mathematieals model between stresses to be measured and output signals were discussed. At last,the feasibility of the sensor was proved by means of a test under two-way stress and pure shear stress. The results of the test show that the sensor is simple in structure,convenient for application, and is outstanding in the measurement precision and sensitivity,so it can meet the demands of the general practical applications.
