摘要
研究了微细磨料射流对大理石、花岗岩、铜板、铝板等材料的切割效果及其主要影响因素,表明了实现更小直径的磨料射流切割的可行性,为今后开展微磨料射流研究初步奠定了基础。
The miniaturization of products and micromation of manufacturing process are the developmental trend of the world manufacturing industry. The cutting technology of a Fine Abrasive Water jet (FAWJ) is a new kind of micro manufacturing technology with "cold and soft". The experiments express that FAWJs with nozzle diameters 0.6 mm can effectively cut such materials as marble, granite, copper-plate, aluminum-plate. And studies lay a foundation for developing researches on the cutting technology of a Fine Abrasive Water jet.
