摘要
介绍了逆向工程的含义,阐述了应用逆向工程进行模具设计的工作流程及其关键技术。针对某工程设备零件防护罩,应用FARO测量臂进行数字化,在COPYCAD中进行点云数据处理和造型,在MPLDFLOW中进行注塑分析,在UG中进行模具设计。结果表明,逆向工程可以大大提高产品开发的效率和质量。
The peculiarity of reverse engineering (RE) is that it can represent the design style of a sculptor, it makes RE fit for the panel. The definition and work flow of RE are introduced. The process and principle of acquisition of the 3D points data of the shield are described. The treatment of the point cloud data and surface foundation with the reverse engineering CAD software COPYCAD is discussed, and the process of molding of shield by CAE software MOLDFLOW also analyzed. At last, mould is designed by UG.
