摘要
7Cr7Mo3V2Si是一种新型冷作模具钢,强度高、韧性好、耐磨损,加工工艺性能优良,淬火温度范围宽,热处理变形小。与其他同类模具钢比较,有着突出的优势和特点。通过对其化学成分和物理、工艺性能的分析以及工厂冷冲模生产实例,证明它可以取代目前常用的传统模具钢材,用于负荷大、强韧性要求高的冷作模具制造。
The proper choice of manufacturing material is a foundation of both die manufacturing and design. Discusses the use of 7CR7Mo3V2Si type die steel, with such good qualities as intensity, toughness and wearability. It is also easy to process and the shape changes little during heat treatment even in high temperature. Compared with other die steels, it has been proved that the 7Cr7Mo3V2Si type can be' used to replace the currently - used traditional ones for intense, tough and heavy - loaded punching dies manufacture due to its excellent qualities through a chemical, physical & technological analysis.
