摘要
[目的]了解常熟市正常育龄男性精液质量状况。[方法]按照《WHO人类精液及精子—宫颈粘液相互作用实验室检验手册》,对277名育龄男性完整精液标本进行分析。[结果]精液质量肉眼观察正常;精子密度计数平均值为89.5×106/ml;快速前向运动平均值为53.5%;精子存活率平均值为71.5%;正常形态精子百分率平均值为71.1%;总精子计数平均值为241.7×106;精液量平均值为2.7 ml。[结论]我市育龄男子精液质量基本处于WHO规定的标准内。建立我国男性精液质量评价系统和生殖资源数据库数据库,对提高人口素质和行政部门制定相关政策均具有一定意义。
[Objectives]To investigate and learn about the quality of semen of 277 normal reproductive male population from Changshu.[Methods]According to《WHO laboratory manual for the examination of human semen and sperm-cervical mucus interaction》,the whole samples of semen of 277 normal reproductive male population were analyzed.[Results]The quality of semen was normal according to observation by naked eyes.The average value of sperm density was 89.5×10^6/ml;the average value of sperms with forward procession was 53.5%;the average value of survival rate was 71.5%;the percentage of sperm with normal morphology was 71.1%;the average value of total sperm count was 241.7×10^6;the average value of semen volume was 2.7ml.[Conclusion]The quality of the semen of normal reproductive male population from Changshu is up to the WHO standard.It is of significance to establish an evaluation system of the quality condition of semen in our country and to establish a database of reproductive resources,for policy making by administration institutes and to ensure the promotion of population quality.
