HIV感染高发区医学生艾滋病认知、态度调查分析 被引量:11

INVESTIGATION INTO THE HIV/AIDS KNOWLEDGE AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS IN THE AREA WITH SERIOUS HIV INFECTION

摘要 [目的]了解HIV感染高发区医学生艾滋病知识、态度情况,为进一步做好艾滋病宣传教育工作提供指导依据。[方法]对位于广西HIV感染高发区的某医学院950名在校大学生进行问卷调查。[结果]96.8%的调查对象知道艾滋病有传染性,96%知道艾滋病的传染源是艾滋病病人和HIV感染者,97.8%知道性接触会传播艾滋病,89.7%知道正确使用安全套可降低艾滋病传播的危险,91.2%表示如果得知自己认识的人是HIV感染者或艾滋病病人,会继续跟对方交往。但仍有75.2%的学生认为HIV携带者即为AIDS患者,22.5%认为蚊虫叮咬会传播艾滋病,47%认为应该限制HIV感染者或艾滋病病人入学、就业等机会。[结论]HIV感染高发区医学生对艾滋病的认知、态度还存在一些不容忽视的误区和消极态度,应充分利用医学院校的卫生资源,开展形式多样的宣传教育,提高学生对艾滋病的认识。 [Objective]TO realize the HIV/AIDS related knowledge,attitude among college students and to provide references for HIV/AIDS propaganda and education,so as to control the epidemic of HIV/AIDS.[Methods]Students(n=950)were selected by stratified sampling to fill in the self-made questionnaires on HIV/AIDS in one medical college in the area with serious HIV infecting.[Results]96.8% of the students knew that HIV/AIDS was infectious;96% of them knew that the AIDS patients and the HIV carriers were the infection source;97.8% of them knew that HIV/AIDS can be transmitted through sexual intercourse;89.7% of them knew that correct use of condom could reduce the risk of AIDS transmission;91.2% of them said that they would keep touch with their friends who were infected HIV or became AIDS patients.75.2% of the students thought that the HIV carriers equated to AIDS patient;22.5% of them thought that HIV/AIDS transmitted through mosquito;47% of them thought that both the HIV carriers and AIDS patient should be limited matriculation and employment.[Conclusion]There are some problems on AIDS related knowledge and attitude among college students in the area with serious HIV infection.It is necessary to make full use of all kinds of resources of medical colleges to develop propaganda and enhance the students' knowledge about HIV/AIDS.
