摘要 为了研究管道内障碍物的形状、尺寸对火焰传播的影响,通过实验研究,揭示了障碍物的形状、尺寸对火焰传播速度和超压的影响程度。研究表明:在相同阻塞比下,平板、三棱柱对火焰传播速度和超压影响较大,长方体次之,四棱柱、圆柱最小。研究结果对于预防和控制矿井瓦斯和其它可燃气体爆炸灾害,有一定的借鉴作用。同时,可为工业安全设计提供依据。 In order to study the effects of obstacles in pipeline on flame propagation speed and overpressure, the stereobstmctions with different shape and size were experimented. The results indicated that under the same blockage ratio condition, the plate and triple prism have the most influence on flame propagation, while cylinder and square have the least influence, the effect degree of cuboid is middling. The study can give reference to preventing and controlling explosion disaster of methane in mine and other flammable gases, it also provide evidence for industrial safety design.
