摘要
对急性阻塞性黄疸兔模型的马尿酸合成试验(HAT)和反映肝脏能量代谢情况的能荷、线粒体氧化磷酸化率等进行了研究。结果显示:在急性阻塞性黄疸时,能荷(0.72±0.02)和线粒体氧化磷酸化率(38.3±2.4)分别与对照组(0.81±0.01和62.1±5.1)比较,均下降明显(P均<0.001)。HAT(32.7±17.6mg/h)与对照组(98.4±32.0mg/h)相比也明显下降(P<0.001);且HAT和能荷的相关系数为0.786。实验结果提示:HAT可作为反映肝脏能量代谢的可靠指标。
Hippuric acid test (HAT) and hepatic energy metabolism and mitochondrial oxidativephosphorylation activity in rabbit with acute obstractive jaundice was studied. The result showed thatthe HAT values were decreased from 98. 4±32. 0mg/h to 32. 7±17. 6mg/h (P<0. 001 ), energy charge(EC)decreased from 0. 81 ± 0. 01 to 0. 72 ± 0. 02(P< 0. 001 ),and phosphorylation rate (PR ) decreasedfrom 62. 1 ± 5. 1 to 38. 3 ± 2. 4 (P<0. 001 ). Correlation coefficients between HAT and EC was 0. 786,(P<0. 001 ). This result suggests that HAT can be used as an indicator of hepatic energy metabolismstatus in acute obstructive jaundice.
