Application of chemicals and emergency response management system of college （FCMS） was introduced in the automatic mnagement of the college laboratory chemicals. The system includes laboratory chemicals and materials management systems （MIS） and laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration management system （IMCS）. The automated management fequtures, the role and effectiveness of FCMS were explained.
