摘要 为了满足稠油生产过程中工程计算的需要,以胜利油区稠油为原型,利用BROOKFIELDDV-Ⅲ+型流变仪对5个典型区块的稠油在35~100℃和0.028~151.2s-1剪切速率下的流变特性进行实验研究。采用宾汉、幂律及广义宾汉本构方程对实验数据进行分析处理,发现这3类方程均能较好地反映稠油的非牛顿流变特性,保证工程计算精度。依据实验数据,按照中国稠油分类标准,对3类本构方程参数进行回归拟合,得到相应的计算推荐值和回归公式,用于地层、井筒及输油管道中稠油物性的理论计算。 In order to meet the demands of engineering calculation on heavy oil producing, rheological characteristics of heavy oil from 5 typical blocks in Shengli Oilfield are studied through experiments at 35- l00333 by rheometer of BROOKFIELD DV-444 with shear rate from 0. 028 to 151. 2s''. After experimental data are analyzed by constitutive equations of Bingham, power-law and generalized Bingham, it is found that all of the three constitutive e-quations can not only reflect non-Newtonian rheological characteristics of the heavy oil very well but meet the precision requirements of the engineering calculation. According to Chinese classified standard of heavy oil, parameters of the three constitutive equations are regressed on the basis of experimental data. The acquired regressed experiential values and formula can be used as to support theory calculation of heavy oil properties in formations , wellbores and oil pipelines.
