摘要
设计了一种基于小波变换的全光纤微振动干涉测量仪,通过小波分析对干涉信号进行处理,得到实际的位移信息。并给出了具体的理论分析,实验结果证明了利用小波变换处理干涉信号是一种有效的方法。
A new laser diode interferometer for micro-displacement measurements based on wavelet transform is proposed.The amplitude and frequency of displacement are obtained through wavelet transform based on matlab.The theory analysis is described.The experimental results verify that it is an extremely effective method to process the interferometer signals.
