摘要
研究了井下皮带输煤巷道中煤尘的扩散规律。提出煤尘扩散的数学模型,对空气流运动采用雷诺平均数值模拟,再与澳博利恩公式耦合模拟出巷道中煤尘的浓度分布。选取三种不同大小的煤尘分别进行模拟。选定五个观测点,分别绘出浓度在y向的变化曲线,揭示了煤尘的起尘规律以及煤尘的颗粒直径对起尘浓度的影响。研究表明颗粒的起尘浓度与颗粒直径成反比。巷道中的气粒两相流从非均质流向均质流演化,演化的速度与颗粒的直径成正比。呼吸性煤尘起尘浓度大,煤尘颗粒主要集中在输送带到其上方1 m处。
The regulation of diffusion of coal dust in a haulage roadway under the mineral well is strdied.A numerical model for turbulent fluctuation and diffusion gas-particle flows are presented.The concentration is simulated by Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes coupling O'Brien eq formula.At the five selected observation points,the concentration curve in the direction of y reveals the regulation of dust diffusion and the effect of dust particle diameter and concentration.The results show that the concentration of coal dust is inversely proportional to the diameter of particles.The gas-particle flow evolutes from non-homogeneous flow to homogeneous flow,the speed of evolution is proportional to the diameter of the particles.The concentration of respiratory dust is greater,coal dust particle is mainly concentrated between the surface of belt and the position of a meter above it.
