摘要
采用正交组合回归设计试验方法研究了亚温淬火条件下,淬火温度和回火温度对45钢强度及硬度的影响规律,并分析了该钢亚温淬火后的组织与性能。结果表明,在740-800℃范围内,随淬火温度升高,45钢的强度及硬度升高,淬火组织中铁素体量逐步减少,其分布形态也发生明显变化,800℃淬火后的力学性能接近于常规的840℃淬火。在试验的基础上,提出了45钢活塞(780±10)℃淬火+(550±10)℃回火的调质处理新工艺。
The effect law of quenching and tempering temperature with subcritical quenching on the strength and hardness of 45 steel was studied by orthogonal regressive principle, the microstructure and property of the steel after subcritical quenched were analyzed. The results show that in the austenizing temperature range of 740 - 800 ℃, the strength and hardness of 45 steel increase with the temperature rising, the ferrite content decreases gradually and ferrite distribution form also obviously changes. The mechanical properties obtained by quenching at 800 ℃ are close to that by conventional quenching at 840 ℃. Based on the experiment,a new quenching and tempering processe with quenching at (780 ± 10) ℃ and tempering at (550 ± 10) % for 45 steel piston is proposed.
