摘要
国内外重大停电事故的发生进一步显示了研究电压稳定问题的重要性,其主要研究目的之一是探求预防电压失稳的控制策略。首先介绍了预防电压失稳的常用控制措施及其功能特点,然后提出在工程应用中预防电压失稳的控制方案,最后利用VSAT仿真工具对BCH(B.C.Hydro)系统进行了电压稳定仿真分析。仿真结果进一步验证了研究电压失稳的预防校正控制措施是一项具有重要意义的工作。
The importance of voltage stability research is further recognized from the fact of some severe and widespread blackouts, and one of the research purposes is to explore control measures for preventing voltage instability. In this paper, general control measures to prevent voltage instability and their functions are introduced firstly.Then the controlling strategy to prevent voltage instability in applications is proposed.And finally the simulation of voltage stability based on BCH (B.C. Hydro) system is carded out by VSAT analytical tool. The simulating results testify that the study on preventive and corrective control measures for voltage instability is an important and valuable work.
