可调钠透析在维持性血液透析中的运用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察可调钠透析对透析脱水患者低血压的防治作用,以及透析前后血钠浓度的变化,评价PHD的临床效果和安全性。方法选择规律维持性血液透析患者36例,随机分成2组,每组18人,分别行普通透析与可调钠透析,观察透析后低血压的发生率,透析间期平均血压、心率,超滤量和透析后血钠浓度的变化。结果透析后可调钠透析组的低血压发生率明显低于普通透析组,而超滤量显著高于普通透析组,血钠浓度、心率等无明显差异。结论可调钠透析可明显降低透析脱水患者低血压的发生率,并且明显缓解患者的水负担,提高透析的充分性,还能改善患者心血管功能的稳定性。 Objective To observe the effect of sodium profile hemodialysis on hypotension in patients with dialysis dehydration, the change of concentration of serum sodium before and after hemodialysis, and to appraise the clinical effectiveness and safety of the PHD. Methods Divide randomly 36 patients who acccepted regular maintenance hemodialysis into 2 groups, each group was composed of 18 people, do the conventional hemodialysis and the sodium profile hemodialysis respectively, observe the incidence of dialysis hypotension, the average blood pressure, pulses during dialysis, uhrafiltration volume and the change of concentration of serum sodium after dialysis. Results The incidence of hypotension in sodium profile hemodialysis group was obviously lower than that in the conventional hemodialysis, but the uhrafiltration volume was notablely higher than that in the conventional hemodialysis, concentration of serum sodium, pulses etc. had no obvious differences. Conclusion The sodium profile hemodialysis may obviously reduce the incidence of hypotension in the patients with dialysis dehydration, and obviously relieve the patient' s water bears, improve the adequacy of dialysis,and it can also improve the patients' stability of cardiovascular function.
