摘要
从中原农耕文化的角度将中原文化与企业文化结合在一起,对塑造河南企业文化的影响思想进行了分析。
Culture in central plains and enterprise culture were combined together from the angle of cultivation culture in central plains. The ideology influenced enterprise culture in Henan Province was analyzed. It was pointed out that the rebuilding of culture in central plans should be strengthened and the core competence of enterprises in Henan Province should be constructed and improved.
