摘要
随着中国-东盟自由贸易区建设进程的加快,我国与东盟国家的经贸合作不断深化。目前,中国-东盟之间的贸易自由化谈判已取得重大进展,下一步投资自由化问题将是中国-东盟密切关注的问题。从投资自由化的角度出发,通过对目前中国-东盟的投资自由化现状的分析,研究中国与东盟未来投资合作的框架以及其中的主要内容并提供一些可行的建议。
With the accelerating of the construction of China- Association of Southeast Asian Nations （ASEAN） free trade zone, the cooperation of finance and trade has been deepened. Presently, negotiations between China and ASEAN have acquired great achievement. Thus the following focusing problem is the freedom of investment. This article, from the angle of investment freedom, researches the framework of China -ASEAN future investment cooperation and puts forward some feasible suggestions based on the analysis of the status quo.
