摘要
目的:建立葡萄籽中总多酚成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用比色法测定。结果:比色法测定的线性范围为2.0-10.0μg,相关系数r=0.9995;平均回收率为98.36%,RSD(相对标准偏差)为1.0%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于葡萄籽药材及提取物的含量测定。
To establish determination method of polyphenol ingredient in grape seed.Methods： Chromatometry was used to determinate.Results： The linear scope is 2.0-10.0μg,correlation coefficient r=0.9995;Average recovery rate is 98.36%,RSD is 1.0%（n=6）.Conclusion： This method is simple,accurate,and has high sensitivity and good reproducibility.So,it can be used to determinate the content of ingredient and extracts from grape seeds.
