摘要
为实现对象等幅振动条件下对测振传感器进行传输特性的自标定,提出以对象振动幅值为位置参考点、在振动测量过程中实时标定传感器传输特性的方案,并通过采用位置随动机构,定时控制霍尔模拟位置传感器与被测对象振动方向平行等距离移动,在每个位移点上测量传感器输出电压信号的幅值,实现对象等幅振动条件下霍尔位置传感器位移—电压特性的实时自标定的实验方法,该方法对于特定对象的振动测试具有一定的参考价值.
In order to realize the self-recalibration of hall sensor transfer characteristics on condition that the measuring object is in isometric vibration, a solution, which recalibrates sensor' s transfer characteristics in real time using the vibration amplitude of the measuring object as a reference position, is put forward. Together with a servo mechanism, a hall position sensor is timely controlled to move in the vibration direction of the measuring object to an equal distance and the output voltage of sensor is measured at each displacement point. This method, which realized the self-recalibration of hall sensor displacementvoltage transfer characteristics, is considered as a useful reference for some special vibration measurment.
