摘要
针对西部农村广泛存在的信息贫困现象和农民信息权利缺乏维护的问题,着重论述西部农村信息贫困的具体表现形式及信息贫困对农民行使信息权利的影响,最后提出维护农民信息权利、消除信息贫困的具体措施和办法。
Facing the widely existing information poverty and poor condition of farmers＇ information rights protection in rural areas of west China, the authors discuss different forms of information poverty and their effects on farmers＇ information rights, and set up some measures to protect farmers＇ information rights and eliminate the information poverty.
