我国棉花品种(系)抗虫性的鉴定、选育与应用 被引量:17

CURRENT SITUATION OF THE IDENTIFICATION, SELECTION, AND APPLICATION OF RESISTANT COTTON CULTIVAR AGAINST COTTON INSECT PESTS IN CHINA

摘要 棉铃虫的暴发为害已严重制约了我国棉花生产的稳定发展,生产上急需在综合防治中利用棉花自身的部分抗虫性抵御害虫的侵害,提高植棉的综合效益。本文从棉花种质(材料)的外部形态抗虫性、生理生化抗虫性、外源性抗虫基因导入等三个方面详细讨论了我国棉花品种(系)的抗虫性鉴定、选育及其研究进展现状。针对抗虫棉研究与利用中存在的若干问题,探讨了未来发展的方向。 In IPM practice cotton cultivars resistant to main cotton insect pests, Heli-coverpa armigera, Aphis gossypii, etc. , are needed badly in China, in order to increase the benefit of cotton production, after the serious lint yield losses caused by heavy outbreak of cotton bollworm during 1992-1995, it is known that the damage of cotton bollworm has become a key factor limiting further sustainable development of cotton planting. The identification, selection, and utilization of resistant cotton varieties/ strains to cotton insect pests, especially the cotton morphological resistance, biochemical/physiological resistance, and transgenic Bt and cowpea trypsin inhibitor resistance, etc. , were reviewed and discussed in detail. In addition, several recommendations were given to improve some drawbacks of resistant cotton both in research and application. Finally, directions of research on resistant cotton against insect pests in the future were also presented in this paper.
