摘要 加强轨道不平顺的控制是提高列车运行品质的重要措施,而利用自动化测试系统是检测轨道平顺性的有效手段。介绍一种用于高速磁浮轨道长波不平顺检测的便携式测试系统。该系统采用了基于惯性测量原理的检测方法,并结合GPS定位技术实现轨道的定位。应用多线程并行处理技术实现GPS数据和数采卡数据的同步记录,设计了相应的数字滤波器对信号进行处理。测量结果表明:该检测系统能实现磁浮轨道长波不平顺的精确测量,测量结果不受列车运行速度的影响。 It is an important measure to improve the running quality of train by controlling strictly the track irregularity. Using automatic measurement system to detect the track irregularity is an effective method. In this paper, a portable system for inspecting long wave irregularity of high-speed maglev track is presented. This system adopts a measurement method based on inertial measurement principle, which is combined with GPS technology to locate track position. Muhithread parallel processing technique is applied to record synchronously the GPS data and the data from DAQ card, and the related digital filters are designed to implement special signal processing. Test result proves that this system can carry out long wave irregularity inspection of high-speed maglev track accurately, and the measurement result is not affected by the variation of the maglev speed.
