Recognition technique of composite-RMB bank note based on image processing

摘要 应用数字图像处理技术提取变造币的图像特征,通过边界提取、数学形态学分析、图像分割、图像增强、图像特征匹配,快速有效地识别变造币,进而改进自动存款机的验钞系统。本文详细介绍了这一过程,根据变造币横竖条码的不一致性来识别用拼接方法制造的变造币,通过对拼接胶带的感光性的判断,识别利用裁剪抽条方法制造的变造币,通过条块采样识别粘有不反光胶带的变造币。实验结果表明,本文的方法快速、准确,可用于自动存款机的设计制造中。 The image features of composite-RMB bank note are extracted using digital image processing technique. Composite-RMB bank note can be identified quickly and bank note recognition system of CDM can be further improved by border extraction, mathematical morphology analysis, image segmentation, image enhancement, image feature matching. This paper describes the procedures in detail. The inconsistency of horizontal and vertical numbers of the false note can be used to identify the composite-RMB bank note made by splicing and attaching different notes. The photonasty of the adhesive tape can be used to identify the composite-RMB bank note made through cutting the note strips. Also, the sampling block can be used to identify the composite-RMB bank note stuck with no-light-reflecting adhesive tape. Experimental result indicates that the proposed method works quickly and accurately, and can be used in design and manufacture of CDM.
