摘要
选用两类活性染料(Cibacron Red LS-2G,Cibacron Blue FN-R)对蚕蛹蛋白纤维长丝染色,讨论了工艺条件(Na2CO3的用量、NaCl的用量、温度)对两类活性染料固色率的影响.实验结果表明,两类活性染料对蚕蛹蛋白纤维均有较高的固色率,LS型活性染料的固色率大于FN型活性染料。NaCl对FN型活性染料的促染效果大于LS型活性染料,LS型活性染料在低盐条件下,也有较高的固色率。活性染料染色后,蚕蛹蛋白纤维长丝的强力损失小于10%.
Cibacron Red LS-2G and Cibacron Blue FN-R were used for dyeing of pupa protein filaments. It mainly discusses the effect of process conditions (quantities of Na2CO3, quantities of NaCl and temperature) on fixation rate of reactive dyes. The result shows that the two types of reactive dyes have a comparatively high fixation rate on pupa protein fibers. LS type reactive dyes have higher fixation rate than FN type. Accelerating dyeing effect of NaCl is better on Cibacron Blue FN-R than Cibacron Red LS-2G. LS type reactive dyes have higher fixation rate even if quantities of NaCl is less. Strength loss of pupa protein filaments dyed by reactive dyes is below 10%.
