摘要
介绍一款可用于Buck型芯片的反转保护电路,本电路能精确监测电感电流,在电感电流过零时关断整流管,从而保护芯片。在0.6μm BiCOMS工艺下,Hspice仿真结果表明该电路能够实现反转保护的功能,并具有阈值电压精确,对电源不敏感的优点。
Power dissipation would occur when the inductor current started reversing in the DCM mode of the synchronous rectifying chip work period . To solve this problem, an reverse protection circuit is designed in this paper. The function of this circuit is to supervise the inductor current and shutdown the rectifying tube when the current start to reverse. Based on 0.6um BiCMOS process, the simulation in HSPICE showed that circuit can accurately achieve the function of which we described above. Besides of these, precise threshold voltage and non-sensitivity to power supply are also its advantages. The circuit has been widely used in Buck converter and will have an great prosperity.
