摘要
文章在分析当前我国高校教师队伍建设面临的形势和挑战的基础上,对进一步加强高校教师队伍建设、提高教师队伍素质提出了以下对策:优化教师队伍结构,建立充满生机与活力的用人机制,拓宽教师的来源渠道,构建现代教师继续教育体系,加强师德建设和学术规范建设以及推进高校的对外合作与交流。
Based on the analysis on current situation and challenge that the building of our university and college teacher teams is faced with, the article puts forward several countermeasures to improve the teacher quality as follows： to advance the structure of the teacher team, to establish vigorous per- sonal mechanism, to widen the sources of teachers, to construct the continuous education system of contemporary teachers, to strengthen the moral building and academic standard, and to promote the corporation and communication between the universities and the outside world.
