摘要
预防维修是将来设备最主要的维修方式。本文对开发设备预防维修管理系统的关键环节进行了阐述,建立了失效率分布的数学模型,并以二参数威布尔分布为例对设备故障时间和最佳预防维修周期进行了求解。
Preventive maintenance is the main method of equipment maintenance in times to come. This paper describes the key point of developing equipment preventive maintenance management system, establishs a mathematic model of disablement ratio distribution, calculates the device fault time and the optimal repair period, illustrated with two parameters weibull distribution.
