护理干预对艾滋病患者营养状况的影响

摘要 目的:探讨护理干预对艾滋病患者营养状况的影响。方法:选择20～50岁能自主进食、CD4细胞计数低于200cell/ul的艾滋病患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组按营养师的配餐,并在护士的指导下进食,对照组按意愿自行进食,采用自制的营养状况记录表收集相关资料,两组患者均予抗病毒治疗方案治疗。结果:两组患者在体重、皮褶厚度、血清白蛋白及血红蛋白的增减方面有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能改善艾滋病患者的营养状况。
