尿激酶和低分子肝素钙对急性冠脉综合征疗效的观察被引量：1

摘要目的评价小剂量尿激酶联用低分子肝素钙治疗非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征的疗效及安全性。方法尿激酶50万单位溶于生理盐水100 ml中,于30 min内静脉滴注完毕,每日一次,连用3 d,24 h后,皮下注射低分子肝素钙5 000单位,12 h一次,连用10 d。结果心绞痛的发作次数及持续时间明显减低(P<0.01),未出现出血、心肌梗死。结论小剂量尿激酶联用低分子肝素钙对非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征疗效肯定,副作用少。
