摘要
采用反相液相色谱外标法测定马拉硫磷原药中马拉硫磷的含量,方法的标准偏差为0.26,变异系数为0.27%,线性相关系数为0.9997,回收率为99.7%～100.4%。
A method was developed for the determination of malathion in malathion technical by RP-HPLC. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.26, the coefficient of variation 0.27%, linear correlation coefficient 0.999 7, and the recovery 99.7%-100.4%.
