大学生的就业观念和就业力、国家的相关政策和措施、用人单位的人事制度以及选才标准、高校的扩招和教育体制等,都会对大学生就业产生非常重要的影响。面对严峻的就业形势,社会、高校和大学生需要扩大视野,从更高层面、更宏观的角度去把握问题,通过营造宽松的就业环境,创新教育和教学模式,提升就业竞争力等措施,促进大学生的充分就业。
The employment ideas and pressure of university students, the related policies and measures of the nation, the personnel institutions and personnel - choosing standard of employing unit, the expansion of university enrolling new students and the educational systems can have very big effect to the employment of university students. Facing the stern situation of employment, it needs the society, universities and university students to expand their vision and to promote the full employment of the university students through building loose employment environment, innovating educational and teaching model, and improving students＇ competition of employment.
