摘要
[目的]探索健康教育的有效途径,预防和控制艾滋病的传播。[方法]同伴教育志愿者先经过培训,再以平等交流的方式对青年同伴进行集中讲授;讲授前后以闭卷、不记名独立填写问卷的方式测试听课对象对相关知识的掌握等情况。[结果]听课对象对安全性行为、艾滋病、性病相关知识的答对人数,对婚前婚外性行为、艾滋病患者等问题持正向/积极态度或行为意向的人数均比听课前有显著的增加(P﹤0.05);对同伴教育的内容、教学方式、教员表现等方面的满意度评分都在9分以上。[结论]青年同伴教育是一种青年人乐于接受而又有确切效果的健康教育方式,应用推广这一方式对预防和控制艾滋病传播具有非常重要的作用。
[Objective] To explore the effective means for health education to control and prevent the spread of AIDS. [ Methods ] Youth volunteers of peer education were trained first. Then youth peers got concentrated training in manner of equal communication. An anonymous questionnaire investigation which should be completed independently in way of closed-book exam were given to participants before and after training. [Results] The number of correct answers from participants in terms of safe sexual behavior, AIDS, venereal disease related knowledge, the number of participants holding positive/active attitude towards pre-marital and extramarital sexual behavior, AIDS patients and other questions all increased significantly than pre-training (P〈 0.05). The contents, teaching mode and teacher performance of peer education all scored above 9 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 as the highest score. [Conclusions] Youth peer education is a means for health education that provides obvious effectiveness and is an easily acceptable means to majority of young population. The application and generalization of this effective means plays a highly important role in preventing and controlling the spread of AIDS.
