摘要
在测量反相比例放大电路直流传输特性的实验中,发现其特性曲线呈现滞回特性。针对此现象,该文采用PSp ice对上述放大电路的直流传输特性进行了仿真分析与验证,并结合集成运放的内部电路,分析了产生这种滞回现象的原因。
In the experiment of DC transfer function measurement for negative feedback amplifiers, a hysteretic DC transfer function is detected. Motivated by this experimental phenomenon, PSpice simulation analysis and verification for DC transfer function of the above circuit are performed. Furthermore, through an analysis in which the internal circuit of integrated amplifier is considered, the cause of the hysteretic phenomenon is revealed.
