摘要
比较了李氏禾(Leersia hexandra)种子在25℃、30℃和35℃3种温度下分别用0.5%和1.0%的TTC溶液染色的效果,以探讨李氏禾种子生活力的四唑法测定条件。结果表明:在35℃、0.5%的TTC浓度下染色30h可获得最佳染色效果,可作为李氏禾种子生活力测定的适宜条件。
In order to research the conditions of determining seed viability of Leersia hexandra with TTC(triphenyl tetrazolium chloride) method,the seed viability of Leersia hexandra was determined under the conditions of different temperature(25 ℃,30 ℃ and 35 ℃) and TTC concentration(0.5% and 1.0%) during the period of different dyeing time(0~48 h).The results showed that under the conditions of the temperature of 35 ℃,the TTC concentration of 0.5% and at the dyeing time of 30 h,the dyeing effect was best.They could be the most appropriate condition to determine Leersia hexandra seed viability.
