摘要
为了揭示禁食应激与组织内Fe、Mg代谢的内在规律,本实验观察了禁食对豚鼠不同组织内Fe、Mg水平的影响。给果显示:1.大脑、心、肝和肾脏等组织内Fe、Mg水平随着禁食时间延长呈下降趋势。2.间脑和肾上腺组织内Fe水平及间脑组织内Mg水平在禁食早期上升,以后则下降;肾上腺组织内Mg水平则先下降,以后逐渐恢复。s.血浆Fe水平早期增高,而Mg水平则变化不明显。提示:1.禁食可明显影响机体内部Fe、Mg的分布及其代谢过程;2.Fe、Mg与机体应激反应之间存在一定的联系。
The effect of fast on level of Fe and Mg in a variety of organs of Guinea pigs was ob-served. The results show that (1) Level of Fe and Mg in brain, heart, liver, and kidney low-ered along with the continunity of huger. (2) Fe level in diencephalon and adrenal and Mglevel in diencephalon increased at the early stage of fast, decreased afterwards. Mg level inadrenal returned to nomal level after early decreasing. (3) Fe level in serum increased at the early stage, while Mg level didn't change markedly. It indicates that (1) Fast do affect distri-bution and metabolism of Fe and Mg. (2) Fe, Mg and stress response may have interelation.
