δ-六六六在斑马鱼体内的生物富集情况研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对持久性有机污染物(POPs)的生物富集性,以δ-六六六为模拟受试物,采用半静态法生物测试,研究该物质在斑马鱼(Brachydanio rerio)体内的生物蓄积效应及其对生态环境的危害性,调查相关生物富集系数BCF的变化情况。结果表明,δ-六六六在斑马鱼体内具有时间短、蓄积作用强的生物蓄积效应。通过t-test分析,认为达到稳定态后,得到的生物富集系数不因暴露浓度不同、采样时间不同而产生显著性差异。 Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) have been regarded as a notable problem of environmental pollution. They destroy environment and human health by being delivered and accumulated through food chain. The present study chose δ - HCH, one of POPs, as a stimulant tested substance, to detect its bioconcentration factor (BCF) in zebra fish (Brachydanio rerio) by a semi - static method. The data showed that δ- HCH had a short - time, high - concentrated, and strong bioconcentration effect. It may be concluded that BCF of δ - HCH to zebra fish has no distinct difference at different concentration and sampling time with the t test data, after it reaches its stable balance.
