摘要
大断面球铁件易出现石墨球粗大,石墨球数量减少,石墨漂浮,石墨球畸变,开花状石墨、碎块状石墨等缺陷,所以大断面球铁件的制造技术一直是铸造界公认的一个难题。结合国内外大断面球铁件的生产现状,总结出了一系列在生产过程中通常采取的质量控制措施,例如加快冷却速度、严格控制化学成分,适当添加微量合金元素、合适的球化处理和孕育处理等。应用这些措施,可以得到内外质量优良的大断面球墨铸铁件。
Since heavy section ductile iron casting is easy to suffer from these defects such as the nodular graphite coarsening, reduction of the nodular graphite, graphite floating, deformation of nodular graphite which leads to engender exploded graphite and chunk graphite, itd production technology is a recognized as a troublesome problem in the field of casting industry. Combined with current production status of heavy section ductile iron castingsat home and abroad, a series of quality control measures is summarized in this paper, forexample, shortening cooling time, strictly controlling composition, adding the trace elements Bi and Sb, using proper nodularizer and inoculant. In the process of production, the heavy sectionductile iron casting could be obtained with good external and internal quality by adopting these quality control measures.
