摘要
文章建立了排气消声器与发动机的耦合仿真模型,利用该模型对排气消声器的传声损失进行了计算,分析发动机的排气噪声。根据这种方法,对原消声器的设计进行了改进,仿真结果表明,改进后的消声器消声效果优于原消声器,对排气消声器的研制开发有一定的参考价值。
In order to reduce the noise of the engine's exhaust system,an improved muffler model is presented, and the transmission loss of both the former muffler and the modified muffler is calculated and compared. Then a coupled model of the engine and the muffler is established, and the noise of the engine's exhaust system is analyzed. Simulation results show that the performance of the modified muffler is superior to the former muffler. This study is valuable for the development of mufflers.
