摘要 本文从肠屏障的定义和功能障碍、引起肠屏障功能障碍的疾病和因素、肠屏障受损机制、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断标准和治疗措施等方面进行综述。其中肠屏障受损机制如机械性屏障受损、肠道微生态环境破坏、肠道免疫防御体系障碍等及治疗措施(包括积极治疗引起肠屏障功能障碍的原发疾病、保护和恢复肠黏膜屏障功能、对症和中成药治疗等)进行较深入讨论。
