摘要
目的:研究零余子皂甙对DPPH、羟自由基、超氧自由基清除作用以及零余子皂甙的TEAC值。方法:分别采用DPPH、ABTS、Fe2+-H2O2和邻苯三酚自氧化法进行零余子皂甙的抗氧化作用。结论:零余子皂甙对DPPH自由基、羟自由基、超氧自由基、ABTS自由基均有较好的抑制效果,其中对DPPH自由基清除作用随着皂甙浓度的增加而下降,对超氧自由基清除率达到50%的零余子皂甙浓度为60.34mg/L,其总体抗氧化值即TEAC值随着皂甙的浓度的增加而增加,二者具有剂量效应关系。
Objective: In this paper, the antioxidant of the bulbil saponin on DPPH, hydroxyl radicals, superoxide radicals was studied. Results: The bulbil saponin had good antioxidant effect on the free radicle of the DPPH, ABTS, hydroxyl radical and superoxide radicle. The inhibition effect on the DPPH decreased as increse of the saponin concentration. As far as the superoxide radicle, the EC50 was 60.34 mg/L. TEAC value increased with increase of the saponin concentration, and they had dose-effect relationship.
