摘要
目的:研究车前子多糖对便秘模型小鼠的润肠通便作用。方法:将雄性昆明小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组和三个剂量的给药组。给药组分别经口给予低、中、高剂量(0.1、0.2、0.4g/kgbw)的车前子多糖;空白组和模型组给予20ml/kgbw的蒸馏水;阳性对照组给予1.0g/kgbw的麻仁丸。连续灌胃8d后,观察各组小鼠的首次排黑便时间、5h内排便粒数,测定粪便含水量和小肠墨汁推进率。结果:车前子多糖能显著缩短首次排黑便时间、增加5h内排便粒数、提高粪便含水量和小肠墨汁推进率。结论:车前子多糖具有润肠通便的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Semen Plantaginis polysaccharidesm on defecating function in constipated mice. Methods: Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, model control group, positive control group and 3 dosages groups. Mice of 3 dosages groups were administered with different concentrations of polysaccharides from Semen Plantaginis (0.1, 0.2, 0.4g/kg bw) by mouth for 8 days; mice of control group and model control group were administered with distilled water of 20 ml/kg bw for 8 days; the mice of positive control group were administered with Maren Wan of 1.0 g/kg bw for 8 days. Then the time for the first black feces to be excreted and the number mice feces within 5 hours was observed, water percent of mice feces and ink propelling rates was mensurated. Results: Semen Plantaginis Polysaccharides could markedly shorten the time for the first black feces to be excreted, Increased the number of mice feces within 5 hours. Water percent of mice feces and ink propelling rates were markedly increased too. Conclusion: Semen Plantaginis polysaccharides has the effect ofd efaecation.
