速度滑冰运动员在夏季训练中运动性疲劳的产生是一种正常现象,但运动性疲劳的的长期积累,可导致过渡性疲劳的产生。速度滑冰运动员在夏季训练中采取积极的疲劳恢复措施,能有效预防过渡性疲劳的产生。分析速度滑冰运动员在夏季训练中运动性疲劳产生的原因,认为提高整理活动的效果、加强膳食营养和进行积极的放松等是促进运动性疲劳恢复的有效措施。
It's an ever -present phenomenon of the speed skaters'sports fatigue in summertime training. A long-term sports fatigue may become a overmuch fatigue. The restorative countermeasure for the skaters' sports fatigue in summertime training can actively and effectively prevent the overmuch fatigue. The article analyzes the reason of skaters' sports fatigue in summertime training and thinks that it's effective countermeasure for restoring them from the sports fatigue by enhancing the relaxative activities or making some active relaxation and improving the meal nutrition.
