摘要
研究了共聚法制备的酸性可染腈纶对酸性染料的染色性能,讨论了染色温度、pH值、时间、盐(NaCl)用量对该酸性可染腈纶上染率的影响,并通过正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件.
The dyeing behavior of the acid dye dyeable acrylic fibers prepared from co-polymerization was investigated. The influence of dyeing temperature, pH value, time and salt dosage on the dye uptake of these fibers was discussed. The optimal process conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments.
