茶薪菇是一种极具开发潜力的珍稀食用菌,主要含有茶薪菇多糖、海藻糖、肌醇、谷氨酸、苹果酸、脂肪酸、钾等矿物质、香精以及麦角固醇、茶薪菇凝集素、生物碱等化学成分,其中起主要药理作用的是多糖和应用于其他领域的凝集素等.具有抗肿瘤、延缓肌肉疲劳及增强免疫力等药理作用.应加强对茶薪菇的深入研究,充分发挥其药用价值.
