WT1基因在骨髓增生异常综合征中表达的临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨WT1基因表达在骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）中表达的意义。方法采用筑巢式RT-PCR观察27例MDS患者WT1基因表达的相对水平。结果27例MDS表达阳性率29.6%,其中RA组明显低于RAEB及RAEBT组,其表达阳性率逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义。结论WT1基因在MDS患者中高表达,与MDS疾病进程关系密切,可作为对MDS疾病发展的高危评估,监测治疗效果,判断预后。
